Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of Cohort ("the Service"), sold by GLB Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS]) ("we", "us"). By buying or using Cohort you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@glbgroup.org.

What you're buying

Cohort is a one-time licence to a hosted software application: an orchestrator plus a team of AI agents you run in your browser. The optional Developer Kit is a downloadable edition you run under your own Claude Code subscription. Cohort is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges from us.

Your Anthropic key and usage

  • Cohort runs on Claude using an Anthropic API key that you supply. You are responsible for that key, for your Anthropic account, and for all usage costs Anthropic charges you.
  • Your key is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), never shown again after entry, and only decrypted in memory on our server when your team runs.
  • You must use the Service lawfully and in line with Anthropic's usage policies. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cohort. Your licence key activates one workspace. Don't resell, share, or sublicense your licence, and don't attempt to circumvent access controls.

Payment

Prices are in GBP and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Any taxes due are as stated at checkout.

Instant delivery & your right to cancel

Cohort is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once delivery has begun. See our Refund Policy for how we handle problems.

No guarantee of results

Cohort is a tool. We don't guarantee any particular income, business outcome, or result from using it. Any examples are illustrative, not promises.

Availability & liability

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Cohort.

Termination

We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using Cohort at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
